Unified dashboard redesign with an explainable AI concept extension
Global supply chain teams relied on multiple ocean freight analytics dashboards that were fragmented across tools, slow to load, and difficult to use in day-to-day operations. I worked on redesigning and consolidating six dashboards into a single, modern analytics platform to improve performance, clarity, and usability for global stakeholders.
The solution introduced a unified information architecture with a tab-based layout and an executive summary landing page, allowing users to quickly orient themselves and access key insights without navigating multiple tools. As a forward-looking concept extension, I explored how explainable AI could support operational reviews by surfacing patterns and anomalies in a transparent, human-controlled way.
