Context

With the growth of connected vehicles, Ford needed a scalable way for internal teams to discover, request, and access vehicle data. Existing tools were fragmented, resulting in long access times and low adoption.


My Contribution

  • Designed end-to-end UX for discovery, request, and approval workflows
  • Integrated three existing tools into a single cohesive platform
  • Collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and global stakeholders
  • Conducted usability testing and iterated based on feedback and metrics

Outcome

  • Reduced data access time from months to days
  • Increased product engagement by 10×
