With the growth of connected vehicles, Ford needed a scalable way for internal teams to discover, request, and access vehicle data. Existing tools were fragmented, resulting in long access times and low adoption.
My Contribution
- Designed end-to-end UX for discovery, request, and approval workflows
- Integrated three existing tools into a single cohesive platform
- Collaborated closely with PMs, engineers, and global stakeholders
- Conducted usability testing and iterated based on feedback and metrics
